Key Account Manager

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at System Service & Engineering. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and growing our most valuable client relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key clients
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective account management and new business development
  • Write proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally
  • Understand and anticipate client needs, coordinating with internal teams to meet them
  • Participate in strategic planning to improve client results and increase revenue
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and optimal client experience
  • Expand existing relationships to maximize revenue and retention
  • Develop new business relationships as opportunities arise
  • Participate in weekly after-hours/weekend service sales rotation

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and/or account management
  • Trade industry experience is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Solid negotiation skills with ability to follow through on client contracts
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively
