Junior Mechanical Engineer
Infintium is a team of engineers developing next generation small and medium fuel cell systems. We are looking for active, driven, and self-motivated individuals to develop and support the systems, application control needs, and manufacturing and corporate operations for our growing list of fuel cell products in an aggressively expanding market.
As Infintium works to continue advancement and development in the hydrogen fuel cell marketplace, the need to expand our growing team has never been higher. We are currently looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to be responsible for engaging in the lifecycle development of existing controls applications. You will work alongside senior mechanical engineers to understand requirements, to scope the effect of changes, and to execute on required design changes and updates. This role is perfect for gaining hands-on experience in a start-up environment.

Description:
- Use CAD (SolidWorks) as necessary to design component and system assemblies.
- Update and Manage Bill Of Materials
- Create / update appropriate engineering documentation
- Participate in DFMEA meetings
- Participate in Change Control Board as part of change release process.
- Assist Purchasing, Quality, Production and service with implementation of new designs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong communication, teamwork, analysis, judgment and flexibility
- Ability to critically analyze data, new processes, and technical documents
- Passion for learning and growing one’s engineering skillset and product knowledge
- Innovation and growth mindset
- Desire to work in a hands-on environment
- Working experience with CAD systems (CATIA, Pro-E, Creo) SolidWorks Preferred
