Position Overview: We are seeking an entry-level IT professional who is either a recent graduate or soon to graduate from a post-secondary institution. The ideal candidate will be eager to join our in-office team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

•                  Provide technical support to employees across various locations.

•                  Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

•                  Help maintain and update IT systems and infrastructure.

•                  Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless IT operations.

•                  Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

•                  Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

•                  Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

•                  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
