💼 About the Role
We’re hiring a Junior Help Desk Technician to be the go-to resource for first-level tech support across our organization. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where you’ll help set up devices, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that our employees have everything they need to work smoothly and securely.
 
Perfect for someone early in their IT career, this role will provide broad exposure to real-world systems, best practices, and cross-departmental support needs. You’ll be surrounded by experienced IT professionals and given the tools to grow into more advanced roles in system administration, network security, or cloud operations.
 
🔧 What You’ll Do
🖥 Provide frontline support for Windows and macOS systems and Microsoft 365 tools
📞 Respond to tickets, calls, and walk-ups with speed and a service-first mindset
💻 Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
🧾 Assist with onboarding and offboarding—accounts, credentials, and hardware logistics
🔎 Track and manage IT inventory, ensuring accurate logs and timely updates
🔧 Perform basic diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed
📚 Contribute to internal documentation and process libraries
🛡 Support endpoint compliance and help enforce company IT policies
 
🎓 What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or IT certifications a plus)
0–2 years of experience in help desk or tech support roles
Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows/macOS, and IT fundamentals
Clear communicator who stays calm under pressure and focused on solutions
A true team player who’s hungry to learn and grow within the IT field
Passion for technology, curiosity about systems, and a customer-first attitude

🧠 Experience with Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, or any ticketing platform (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice)
🔧 Familiarity with remote desktop support tools like ManageEngine or Splashtop
