Job Summary

Are you a numbers person with a keen eye for detail? We’re looking for a Junior Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you love organizing and keeping finances in check while working with a great team, this could be your ideal role. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude will help you succeed in this exciting opportunity!

Responsibilities:

·         Keep track of daily F&B revenue and inventory files

·         Support our charity groups with financial-related tasks

·         Meet month-end deadlines and assist with journal entries and reconciliations

·         Assist with any other accounting or administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

·         A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)

·         Understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting

·         Experience with accounting software like Great Plains or LightSpeed is a plus

·         Strong attention to detail and ability to keep financial data accurate

·         Analytical and problem-solving skills to spot and fix discrepancies

·         Organized with great time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks

·         Self-motivated, independent, and able to work well with others

·         A positive attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
