What You’ll Do:

- Bake Up a Storm: Prepare 12-14 delicious cookie doughs daily, ensuring they’re ready to roll by the end of your shift.

- Follow the Game Plan: Execute the manager's prep instructions, including doughs, frostings, and toppings.

- Get Creative: Measure, mix, and use equipment to create scrumptious cookies.

- Show Off Your Skills: Decorate and display our finished delights with flair!

- Be the Face of Crumbl: Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, and provide top-notch service.

- Keep It Moving: Maintain high-quality standards and quick ticket times, especially during rushes.

- Stay Organized: Ensure all client orders are accurately fulfilled and on time.

- Clean & Prepare: Keep your workstation spotless and ready for the next shift.

What We’re Looking For:

- Must be 18 or older to apply and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

CLOSERS MUST ME ABLE TO STAY AFTER CLOSING TO PERFORM CLOSING DUTIES

Monday through Thursday close at 10pm

Friday and Saturday close at 12am 

Job Type: Full-time  

Pay: $11.00 hourly (base + tips)  

Restaurant Type: Bakery  

Mandatory Prep Days: Monday, Friday, & Saturday closing shifts.
