ArcGNO is currently recruiting a Job Coach.

Summary of Responsibilities:  

Provides on the job training in competitive jobs for individuals with vary degrees/types of disabilities.

Flex Schedule, Monday - Sunday, up to 20 hours per week 

Essential Duties:  

Systematically trains program participants to perform job duties (on-site) one-on-one.

Trains program participants to use public transportation, or in finding appropriate means of transportation.

Trains program participants in non-work aspects of job.

Educate supervisor in proper methods of working with and supervising program participants.

Records and maintains data regarding job performance.

Conducts job and task analysis as required.

Provides feedback to program participants and family/advocate.

Acts as liaison with employer, keeping him/her informed of progress, concerns, and follow-along scheduled.

Collects data and participates with Annual Service Agreements. 

Keeps required records (including participant time sheets) and submits all reports in a timely manner.

Participates in meetings (IDT, etc.) as required or requested.

Required Qualifications:  

High School Diploma

Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities

Supervisory experience preferred.

Within 6 months will have successfully completed Employment Specialist Training, if available.

Must have valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
