Job Overview
We are seeking responsible and detail-oriented cleaning professionals to provide common area cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. This is a contract opportunity suited for individuals or small teams who have their own equipment and are looking for steady, project-based work.

Key Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and surface cleaning
• Restock restroom supplies as needed
• Empty indoor and outdoor trash and recycling bins
• Clean entryways and glass surfaces
• Follow assigned checklists and complete tasks within set timeframes
• Report any on-site maintenance concerns

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
• Must provide own cleaning tools and supplies
• Proof of active Workers’ Compensation coverage required
• Smartphone required for communication and scheduling
• Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards
