ITC Instructor and Curriculum Developer
ISR Mobile Advisory Team (ISRMAT) SME and ITC Instructor / Curriculum Developer is a course developer and instructor position for U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) working in U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), MacDill AFB, Tampa Fl. ITC Trainer and ITC Support ISRMAT SME support the TRADOC G-2 Joint Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Directorate in coordinating, integrating, and de-conflicting TRADOC and Army ISR concepts and capabilities to include staff coordination with Joint Staffs, U. S. Strategic Command, other services, and U.S. national intelligence agencies.
As a course developer/instructor, you will work with ISRMAT Team 3 at CENTCOM to build new courseware and update current courseware that help students grasp new concepts and practice them through a hands-on learning experience.
The courseware centers around Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) Collection Management, ISR Tactical Controller (ITC), ISR Staff integration, and ISR Familiarization.
To be successful, the candidate will need to take ownership of course development, and production and collaborate with our forward-deployed SME’s and ISRMAT Mission Managers. Our Mission Managers and SME’s will assist in every step to tailor courses critical to our mission success.
Responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, edit, review, and deliver doctrine and training products
- Assist in developing content for Mobile Training Teams (MTT)
- Responsible for training units CONUS; assisting TRADOC Centers of Excellence in the development of training and doctrine; and documenting lessons learned and best practices for the Army and Joint communities.
- Travel one-two weeks period as an MTT instructor CONUS/OCONUS
- Provide guidance and supporting documentation for new development training
- Brief leadership as requested on training products and provide required information to the team lead for contract reporting purposes.
- Staff Communication and Integration Processes (ISR synchronization) to develop and execute ISR Employment schemes in support of Mission Command functions such as ISR Support to Targeting, ISR Support to Force Protection, and ISR Support to Situational Awareness.

Requirements:
Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
Active TS/SCI Clearance

Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
