Parish Tractor is looking for a confident and capable IT Support Technician to join our fast-moving, hands-on IT team. This technician will be based in Pensacola, FL, serving as the primary on-site IT presence for the store while also supporting our east region as needed. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and being part of a growing IT team that supports a multi-location business.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support at our Pensacola location
- Troubleshoot and resolve:
- Windows 10/11 PCs, laptops, and mobile devices
- Printers, scanners, and label printers
- Wi-Fi and basic networking issues (IP conflicts, cabling, switch checks)
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Prep new hire equipment and assist with onboarding and offboarding
- Support users on third-party dealership systems and software
- Document tickets and resolutions using our Freshservice helpdesk
- Participate in larger IT projects (deployments, equipment upgrades, etc.)
- Travel to nearby locations as needed for hands-on support
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on IT support or helpdesk experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and technical intuition
- Knowledge of networking concepts, patch panels, and switch troubleshooting preferred
- Experience in multi-location or retail/dealership environments preferred
- Familiarity with IT asset tracking, imaging software, and ticketing systems (Freshservice)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
