Schedule: Full-time/Morning Shift (7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:30PM)

ABOUT CODEMAX
CodeMax is a fast-growing medical billing company supporting over 400 users nationwide. This role serves as the primary on-site IT presence for Van Nuys office.
POSITION SUMMARY
This is a hands-on Tier 2 IT role requiring full ownership of site IT operations. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, flexible, and willing to do whatever is necessary to get the job done.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary IT support for Van Nuys site
- Tier 2 on-site and remote support
- Windows troubleshooting (limited macOS)
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Ticketing system and RMM usage
- Intune / MDM deployment support
- Networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Printer, phone, and device setup
- Equipment ordering, pickups and setup
- Lifting, carrying and installing equipment as needed
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
This is a hands-on, multitasking role in a growing organization. Candidates should be comfortable handling technical support, equipment setup, ordering, site visits, and logistics as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5+ years IT Support experience
- Strong Windows and networking skills
- Microsoft 365 and Intune experience
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
