We’re looking for a technical project manager with deep experience in software development and infrastructure projects to help us modernize systems and build scalable tech frameworks across the business. From crafting detailed project charters and user stories to leading sprints and aligning stakeholders, this role will own execution from concept to launch.
You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and department leads to streamline systems, prioritize initiatives, and ensure on-time, on-target delivery.🔧 What You’ll Do
📌 Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and DevOps projects across the organization
📌 Build detailed project charters, success metrics, timelines, and risk plans
📌 Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather technical and business requirements
📌 Develop and groom user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria
📌 Manage product backlogs and lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, standups, retros, etc.
📌 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track progress, remove blockers, and resolve issues
📌 Communicate timelines, risks, and updates to leadership through reports and dashboards
📌 Own project documentation and leverage tools like Jira, Notion, Confluence, and Asana
🎓 What You Bring
✅ 5+ years experience leading IT/software/DevOps projects in an Agile environment
✅ Proven ability to write technical requirements, user stories, and project documentation
✅ Strong familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar PM tools
✅ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid methodologies
✅ Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting

🔍 Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe
🌐 Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
🧠 Background in business analysis or technical writing
