IT Administrator
About this Position:
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable IT Systems Administrator to ensure smooth daily operations of Wolverine State Credit Union’s networks, systems, and applications. This role partners closely with CU*Answers to support users, resolve connectivity issues, and maintain the security and efficiency of our IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Network & System Administration

Maintain daily operations of PC/LAN systems and applications

Diagnose and resolve system and connectivity issues

Monitor network performance, backups, and security

Add, update, and delete user information
IT Strategy & Implementation

Evaluate, test, and implement software and hardware upgrades

Recommend and develop IT policies and long-term solutions

Participate in short- and long-term planning for department needs
Support & Collaboration

Assist employees with system use and troubleshooting

Ensure clear communication of system changes or issues

Maintain strong vendor and partner relationships
Compliance & Reporting

Coordinate IT audit and examination responses

Complete required reports and documentation accurately and on time
What you'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field
