About this Position: 

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable IT Systems Administrator to ensure smooth daily operations of Wolverine State Credit Union’s networks, systems, and applications. This role partners closely with CU*Answers to support users, resolve connectivity issues, and maintain the security and efficiency of our IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Network & System Administration

  • Maintain daily operations of PC/LAN systems and applications

  • Diagnose and resolve system and connectivity issues

  • Monitor network performance, backups, and security

  • Add, update, and delete user information

IT Strategy & Implementation

  • Evaluate, test, and implement software and hardware upgrades

  • Recommend and develop IT policies and long-term solutions

  • Participate in short- and long-term planning for department needs

Support & Collaboration

  • Assist employees with system use and troubleshooting

  • Ensure clear communication of system changes or issues

  • Maintain strong vendor and partner relationships

Compliance & Reporting

  • Coordinate IT audit and examination responses

  • Complete required reports and documentation accurately and on time

What you'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field

  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • Positive attitude and desire to support others
