Flower & Plant Tech
As the Flower & Plant Tech you will perform a variety of plant and flower maintenance activities to ensure the healthy growth and vitality of the greenery at the property.
Job Duties and Functions:
Daily watering of pots and beds
Tending to weeds throughout property
Plant maintenance of parking lot islands
Quality control on plants/flowers
Ability to diagnose disease in plants
Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner
Education & Experience
Ability and willingness to work outdoors in inclement weather including wind, rain, heat, cold
Valid drivers license
Ability to follow instructions
Knowledge of different plant types and care
Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
Maintain regular attendance
Must be able to show initiative in job performance, including anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity
Schedule is Monday-Friday 7am - 430pm, some Saturdays based on workload and weather.
