INTERN- CLIENT OUTREACH (Seasonal Position)
Reports To: Director Project Management
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Work Schedule: Part Time (3 months duration)
Salary: Hourly
Position Summary:
At Thrive Behavioral Health Center, we deliver industry leading peer support for those suffering from Mental Health and/or Substance Use Disorders. We are proud to set the industry standard and continue our growth. The Client Outreach Intern is responsible for conducting outreach to clients and completing the client satisfaction survey with our peers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete phone calls to clients to complete a satisfaction survey
Properly document all survey responses
Conduct outreach to clients as needed
Provide support to data evaluation study for Case Western Reserve University
Assist with other short term projects at the Director of Project Management’s discretion
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to be self sufficient in the completion of tasks
Excellent time management skills
Ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines and goals for survey completion
Working knowledge of different pathways to recovery and social systems including evidence based practices
Understands problems analysis, decision-analysis, evaluate interventions, and contingency plans
Ability to be an active listener by asking questions and reflecting on what is being said
Proficient level of ability with computer; Microsoft Office Products
Effective written and oral communication skills; ability to articulate information clearly
Preferred Qualifications:
Working towards undergraduate degree in Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or other related field of study
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
