Intensive In Home Team Lead
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Flexible hours required for evenings/weekends as needed)
Who We Are Looking For
Pathways to Life, Inc. is seeking a licensed, highly motivated Intensive In-Home (IIH) Team Leader to guide and support a team of Qualified Professionals and Associate Professionals serving youth and families with severe emotional and behavioral needs.
The Team Leader plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality, person-centered care while maintaining compliance with Clinical Coverage Policy 8A. Summary of Position Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Local or Corporate Clinical Director, the Team Leader provides clinical oversight, supervision, and direct therapeutic services to youth and families. This role ensures that Intensive In-Home services are delivered effectively, safely, and in compliance with all state and agency guidelines.
The Team Leader is responsible for guiding the IIH team, monitoring treatment outcomes, and fostering collaboration with families, schools, community stakeholders, and partner agencies.

Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in Human Services or a related clinical field.
Licensure: Full or provisional North Carolina licensure required (must obtain full licensure within 30 months of hire).
Acceptable licensure includes:LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LCAS, CCS, CCJP, Physician, Licensed Psychologist, APRN-PMH, NP-PMH, or related clinical license as defined by Clinical Coverage Policy 8A.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience providing Intensive In-Home or similar community-based mental health services.
Supervisory Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and support a multidisciplinary team.
Additional Requirements:
Strong crisis intervention and therapeutic skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Current certifications in NCI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) and CPR/First Aid, or ability to obtain.
Physical Demands
Ability to walk, stand, sit, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
Drive regularly for community-based service delivery and supervision.
Working Conditions
Work takes place in various settings, including offices, client homes, schools, and community locations.
Exposure to contagious illnesses and potentially high-stress situations may occur.
Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and participation in on-call crisis rotation.
