Naturopathic Doctor
We’re looking for a licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND) or integrative health professional with a passion for natural medicine, holistic wellness, and personalized customer care. This non-clinical role focuses on guiding customers toward the right natural health products through informal consultations, education, and retail support. You'll work as part of a collaborative team to help our community make informed choices about supplements, wellness strategies, and skin health—without the need for formal patient care or charting.
Key ResponsibilitiesWellness Guidance & Customer Support-
Provide personalized, informal consultations to walk-in customers seeking natural solutions for common wellness concerns (e.g., sleep, stress, digestion, immunity, hormone balance).

Offer product education and guidance, ensuring recommendations align with the customer’s goals and lifestyle.

Stay current on supplement formulations, natural remedies, and evidence-based use of herbs, vitamins, and minerals.

Build trusted relationships with customers through approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable service.

Maintain a deep understanding of our wellness and skincare product lines.

Assist customers at the point of sale and handle transactions, returns, and inquiries.

Help receive, organize, and stock inventory; ensure products are well-presented and up to date.

Support inventory counts, restocking, and special ordering as needed.

Assist in creating educational signage, customer handouts, or digital content that promotes wellness topics.

Participate in in-store events, pop-ups, or product demos that highlight wellness solutions and integrative care.

Provide occasional social media support by contributing tips, product spotlights, or trending topics in natural health.

Work closely with pharmacy staff, estheticians, and wellness associates to ensure a cohesive, integrative customer experience.

Communicate product insights, customer feedback, and emerging health trends with the team.

Attend team meetings, trainings, and contribute to a collaborative, wellness-minded workplace culture.

Licensed or Student Naturopathic Doctor (ND), nutritionist, or other credentialed health practitioner in Washington State (non-practicing OK).

Strong background in supplements, natural health, or integrative wellness.

1–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail, natural health, or pharmacy settings.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Passion for holistic wellness, education, and helping others feel empowered in their health decisions.

Comfortable working with POS systems and basic inventory software.
