Responsibilities & requirements:

• Partner with local employers to help solve benefits challenges with our plans and services.
• Grow business relationships via company-provided leads, personal networking, and referrals.
• Conduct engaging sales presentations and enrollments at worksites and remote environments.
• Provide excellent customer service and claims support to new and existing policyholders. 
• Attending team meetings, sales training, and mentor sessions.
• Prior sales experience a plus but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without need of employer sponsorship.
