Insurance Customer Service Representative
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service, assist with policy inquiries, handle claims, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist clients with understanding their insurance policies and coverage options
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our insurance products and services
- Document detailed records using our agency management system
Qualifications:
- Licensed (for more than 5 years) in Property & Casualty in New York State
- A minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
