Inside Sales Representative/Account Executive (LexJet Subsidiary)

S-One is headquartered in Sarasota, FL. We are a remote-first company and will currently consider applicants who reside in the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Washington DC.
This position can be in-office (Sarasota, FL), hybrid, or remote, but we plan in-person onboarding for the first week of employment in Sarasota, FL. For ease of training, we prefer this person to live close to our Sarasota office. The LexJet Account Executive is a primary contributor to LexJet's overall growth and profitability.
The LexJet Account Executive position drives revenue and
margin growth by building and managing new and existing customer relationships,
long-term customer relationships, and strategic business relationships. This position requires a strong focus on new business development, as well as upselling and cross-selling
to existing customers and securing contract renewals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Identify and reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
Research and qualify leads to determine their potential and fit for LexJet solutions
Conduct engaging sales calls to present LexJet solutions that address customer needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and performance metrics
Accurately record and manage customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Proven experience in inside sales or similar roles is preferred but not required
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
Ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools
