Inside Sales Representative

All American Home Care is seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Representative with prior experience in call center sales, insurance sales, collections, or high-volume outbound calling environments.

This is a full-time, in-office position. Not remote.

If you are comfortable making 100+ calls per day, managing a fast-moving pipeline, and working in a commission-driven environment, this role offers strong earning potential and growth.

What You Will Do

• Handle 100+ inbound and outbound calls daily

• Conduct structured intake and qualification calls

• Verify insurance eligibility (Medicaid, Medicare, MCOs, commercial plans)

• Follow up with leads to move them to Start of Care

• Overcome objections and close with professionalism

• Document all activity in Zoho CRM

• Track referral sources and pipeline status daily

• Coordinate with internal teams to activate services

Ideal Background

• 2+ years in call center sales, insurance sales, collections, or high-volume outbound sales

• Experience handling 80–120 calls per day

• Commission-based sales experience preferred

• Comfortable asking for the business and closing

• Strong objection-handling skills

• CRM experience (Zoho preferred)

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
