D&H United Fueling Solutions, a leading provider of fueling, carwash, automotive and EV charger equipment and services, is seeking a highly motivated and customer focused Inside Parts Counter Salesman to join our team in Denver, CO. About the Role:

As an Inside Parts Counter Salesman, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice and assistance with their parts needs. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations for our clients by accurately identifying, sourcing, and processing parts orders.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and solutions.
• Accurately identify and locate parts using catalogs, online resources, and inventory management systems.
• Process sales orders, including pricing, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with receiving and stocking parts.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and showroom.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous experience in parts sales, preferably in the automotive, industrial, or related industry. Experience with carwash equipment parts is a HUGE plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of parts and equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with computers and inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
