Summary

As designated by the care center Administrator:

• Provides professional cosmetology / beautician services for care center residents and tenants

Qualifications / Requirements

• Must be licensed / registered as a cosmetologist / stylist with the Iowa Board of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences
• Must possess outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Must desire / agree to provide services on an independent contractor basis
• Must comply with COVID-19 protocol and adhere to ABCM Corporation policies
• Person Directed Care philosophy
• DCI Criminal History Record Check / Abuse and Neglect Registry Record Check required prior to providing services
• Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable

Additional Information

• Independent Contractors - Licensed Cosmetologists / Stylists within ABCM locations are able to set their own hours and rates for services provided
