Inclusion Support Worker, Job Class 4 - #19-24

The Inclusion Support Worker is responsible for the Enhanced Services Program, for system navigation to improve service access for families, and for assessing and for implementing inclusive practices within Club programs and services. 

Qualifications:

• Current First Aid and CPR certification is mandatory.
• Criminal Reference Check (18+ years of age) and a Vulnerable Sector Screening (19+ years of age) in accordance with the Police Record Checks Reform Act (PRCRA). Applications can be completed online through your local Police station.
• Experience supporting children and youth with cognitive, physical and/or behavioural needs is mandatory
• High 5 Principles of Healthy Child Development or willingness to acquire.
  
• Behaviour Management Systems, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (or an approved equivalent) would be a strong asset.
• A relevant diploma or degree (SSW, BSW, BA Sociology, ECE, CYW)
• Education/training an experience related to equity, diversion, inclusion and accessibility.
• Supervisory experience is required

Salary: $22.00 / hour
