TeeBox Indoor Golf & Fitness is a premier indoor golf facility featuring 9 Trackman simulators, a state-of-the-art golf fitness studio and a “Scratch” Kitchen & Bar.  We offer a fun and dynamic atmosphere for golfers of all levels & non-golfers alike, combined with high-quality food & beverages, and exceptional customer service.


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead golf & fitness operations of our beautiful facility.


This role requires a strong leader with a passion for performance, hospitality, a deep understanding of the golf industry and business.  This critical role will ensure the club provides our members and guests measurable improvement in golf performance, outstanding customer experiences, maintains profitability, and upholds world-class operational standards. 


Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee operations of our premiere indoor golf & fitness facility, ensuring best-of-the-best conditions and services  and excellent quality and service levels in all areas of our business. 

- Hire dedicated golf attendants whom you will lead, train, motivate, and manage to execute our mission of delivering a world-class quality and service experience for all our guests. 

- Maintain our 9 Trackman simulator bays and fitness studio to ensure they provide the best possible indoor golf & fitness experience available.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement, revenue growth, and profitability.

- Schedule and coordinate group events, leagues, and golf tournaments to attract and retain new members & customers.

- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Create and maintain an exceptional guest experience by ensuring we produce high quality indoor golf and fitness conditions and world-class customer service.

- Work with the other department managers and owners to develop marketing strategies to promote the club’s offerings targeting other golf professionals, event planners, destination management companies, local hotel concierges, large local employers, and consumers to grow our business. 

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.


Qualifications:

- 3+ years of leadership and management experience in the golf & fitness industry, preferably within a hospitality/events setting.

- Strong understanding of the golf & fitness industry and familiarity with Trackman or other golf simulator technology.

- Golf & fitness instruction and club fitting experience are required. 

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team of diverse professionals. 

- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences.

- Excellent communication, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be flexible with hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
