Immediate FLEX Security Officer positions (Armed and Unarmed)

We ensure safety for public events, commercial properties, executive protection, and a wide range of security requirements throughout Middle Tennessee. We are looking for great Security Officers for immediate hire.

Job Description

For all positions, you must:

• Have open availability (multiple shifts available)
• Be able to work nights and weekends
• Have reliable transportation
• Possess a current and valid driver's license
• Possess a smartphone
• Military or correctional facility experience is preferred

Required Skills:

• Active listening skills
• Ability to evaluate and assess situations effectively
• Ability to follow safety procedures

For unarmed officers, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a current State of TN Unarmed Security License
• Have at least (1) year of security experience; military/corrections may substitute

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience

For armed officers, you must:

• Be at least 25 years of age
• Possess a current State of TN Armed Security License
• Have at least (5) years of security experience; military/corrections may substitute

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
