We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to lead our field crews and ensure every job meets Ayers’ high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a seasoned tech or installer ready to step into a leadership position, manage project flow, and develop technicians in the field.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor HVAC technicians and installers on residential and commercial projects
- Oversee daily jobsite activities, ensuring safety protocols, timelines, and workmanship standards are met
- Coordinate scheduling, equipment, and materials with internal office and project managers
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for customers and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
- Perform quality control inspections and ensure jobs are completed according to code and customer expectations
- Assist with hands-on installations, diagnostics, or troubleshooting as needed
- Track field productivity, job progress, and submit timely updates to management
- Support technician development through real-time coaching and informal training
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence in the field
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Starting pay between $35.00 - $42.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Sign-on Bonus: Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

What You Bring:
- 5+ years of HVAC experience (residential or light commercial); supervisory or lead tech experience preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and equipment
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Working knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems
- Excellent communication, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities
- A commitment to quality work and a customer-first mindset
- State license a plus
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Continually required to stand, walk, sit and utilize hand and finger dexterity.
- Continually required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.
- Continually required to talk or hear.
- Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions (non-weather).
- Continually works near moving mechanical parts.
- Occasionally works in high, precarious places.
- Occasionally works around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals.
- Frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move over 50 pounds.
