HVAC Project Manager

What you'll do:

• Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets for commercial HVAC Projects 
• Coordinate resources (technicians, subcontractors, materials, equipment)
• Review and interpret project proposals
• Schedule Quality Control on the work being performed in the field
• Manage the departmental revenue chart for proper scheduling and forecasting revenue.

What you'll bring to the table:

• 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Local knowledge of HVAC code and understanding of commercial HVAC systems
• Proficient in understanding the path of refrigerant and operations of HVAC equipment.
• Have a general understanding of a chilled water building loop system.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
