HVAC Supervisor

System Service and Engineering, a Fidelity Company, is looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to add to our team.  In this role, you’ll support your team with hands-on guidance, provide constructive feedback, and help grow the department by hiring and mentoring top talent. If you’re ready to combine technical skills with team leadership, this could be the perfect next step.

What you'll do:

• Supervise a team of HVAC technicians.
• Supervise and manage all quoted HVAC projects.
• Perform Quality Control on the work being performed in the field.
• Provide annual reviews/evaluations with constructive feedback.
• Recruiting and hiring top talent to join the team and grow the department.
• Provide technical support to fellow Team Members.

What you'll bring to the table:

• 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Local knowledge of HVAC code and understanding of commercial HVAC systems
• EPA Certification a plus.
• Proficient in understanding the path of refrigerant and operations of HVAC equipment.
• Have a general understanding of a chilled water building loop system.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
