Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile and skilled individual to join our team as an All-Around Service Technician. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems for our clients. This position requires a broad range of technical knowledge and the ability to deliver high-quality service across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnosis and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical systems in residential and commercial settings, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.

2. Maintenance Services: Perform routine maintenance tasks on plumbing fixtures, HVAC equipment, and electrical systems to prevent breakdowns and prolong the lifespan of components

3. Active Response: Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies, providing timely solutions to resolve issues and minimize disruptions for clients.

4. Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with clients, addressing their concerns, explaining repair options, and providing recommendations for system upgrades or improvements.

5. Documentation: Complete service reports, work orders, and documentation accurately, recording details of repairs, parts used, and labor performed.

6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices, ensuring work is performed in a safe and efficient manner at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills across multiple disciplines
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification or licensure in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical preferred (EPA, NATE, Journeyman's, Masters)
