Kuhn’s Heating and Air, a trusted local company since 2008, is looking for a seasoned HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team and elevate customer satisfaction.

** What We're Looking For:**

• 8+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience

• Required certifications (e.g. EPA and applicable HVAC licenses)

• Proven leadership, mentorship, and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

** Key Responsibilities:**

• Supervise, mentor, and schedule technicians

• Ensure quality control, safety, and top-tier service delivery

• Drive department performance toward revenue and customer satisfaction goals

• Manage inventory, tools, and equipment

• Foster strong communication across the team
