ServiceX M.E.P., a premier provider of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services, is seeking a motivated HVAC Sales Representative to join our team in Linthicum Heights, MD.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting our HVAC services, and cultivating long-term client partnerships. If you have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of HVAC solutions, and a desire to succeed, we want to meet you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Generate New Business:
    • Identify and pursue sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Develop and execute strategies to expand our commercial and industrial client base.
    • Qualify prospects and schedule client meetings.
    • Understand client needs and recommend tailored HVAC service and maintenance solutions.
  • Account Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
    • Provide regular follow-ups and identify upselling opportunities.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 3+ years of HVAC sales experience, preferably in commercial or industrial markets.
  • Proven success in business development and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, service agreements, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

Wage Range: Base pay of $65,000 - $75,000+ per year with a lucrative commission structure

  • Commensurate with experience. This range represents a general guideline, however, several factors are considered when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
