HVAC Sales Manager
The HVAC Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) industry, specifically focusing on commercial and industrial clients. Their role involves overseeing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds sales targets. They work closely with other departments, such as engineering and project management, to ensure that products and services meet customer needs. Additionally, they are involved in building and maintaining relationships with key clients, managing sales budgets, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the customer base.
- Develop pricing strategies, promotional plans, and sales campaigns.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members.
- Set performance goals and regularly evaluate team performance.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Manage the sales department budget, including expenses related to travel, marketing, and sales activities.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Additional certifications in HVAC systems or sales management can be advantageous
- Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of HVAC services and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
