HVAC Sales / Estimator
ServiceX M.E.P., a distinguished provider of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services in the Mid-Atlantic region, is looking for an HVAC Sales/Estimator to join our Baltimore, MD team!

AS AN HVAC SALES/ESTIMATOR FOR SERVICEX, YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Fostering relationships to generate new business and hunt for new customers
- Handling renewals on service agreements while growing the current customer base
- Working with existing clients to quote and make recommendations for repairs and replacements on equipment
- Accurately estimating costs and providing detailed proposals to clients
- Analyzing plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and materials required
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing
- Reviewing contracts and negotiating pricing with clients and vendors
- Preparing comprehensive proposals that outline scope, schedule, and cost breakdowns
- Participating in pre-bid meetings and site visits as required
YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-4 years of previous sales and/or estimating experience (Experience in the HVAC industry is preferred, but not required)
- A proven track record of building and maintaining relationships
- A customer-focused personality with a “can-do” attitude!

Base Pay: $75,000 - $80,000 base salary with a competitive commission structure
- Commensurate with experience. This range represents a general guideline; however, a number of factors are considered when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
