In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the installation of new residential HVAC units, planning and scheduling installs, establishing work standards and methods, reviewing completed work for accuracy, ensuring all safety protocols are being followed, communicating with customers to address any concerns, and helping out in the field as needed.

We’re searching for someone who has both HVAC service and install experience, is able to lift 50 lbs without assistance, has exceptional communication and customer service skills, and, ideally, 10+ years of HVAC experience.  NATE certification and an H3 license are preferred, and the ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful.  Does that sound like you?
