Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities will include:

• Familiar with all local, state and federal employment regulations
• Coordinate employee benefits
• Ensure good communication with employees and timely resolution of their questions
• Assist with general payroll functions 
• Maintain employee job descriptions and company policy manual as assigned
• Assist with all HR activities, communications, reports and requests
• Martin Oil/ Martin General Stores employs approximately 300 employees in 6 counties in Western Central PA

Qualifications:

Human Resources or Related Degree or Equivalent Experience Required.
