HVAC Inside Counter Sales Associate

In this role, you will engage with customers through various channels, including calls, emails, online orders, and in-store visits. Additionally, you'll stay informed about the latest products, inventory, and industry trends through ongoing training, online courses, and collaborative knowledge-sharing with colleagues and vendors.

Responsibilities: 

Order Management: Efficiently handle sales orders, returns, and warranties.

Customer Support: Assist customers with product selections and technical inquiries, offering alternatives as needed.

Pricing Accuracy: Ensure all pricing is accurate and managed effectively.

Product Research: Investigate products using catalogs, websites, and industry resources.

Customer Engagement: Promptly follow up on customer requests to foster strong relationships.

Lead Generation: Identify potential sales leads for the team.

Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and well-organized.

Who You Are:

·         You have experience with HVAC or sales experience and a technical aptitude

·         High school diploma or GED

·         Friendly with excellent customer service skills
