Human Resources Recruiter (Full-Time)
BASIC FUNCTION: Full-charge responsibility of all internal and external job listings, candidate sourcing, full cycle recruitment and onboarding for all departments, including both paid and volunteer positions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain Internal and External Job Listings
- Regularly update and optimize job postings on various platforms to attract qualified applicants.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (i.e. social media, networking, industry events) to proactively identify and attract potential candidates.
Full Cycle Recruitment
- Collaborate with department managers to understand specific job requirements and preferences.
- Conduct initial application reviews and screen resumes to identify potential candidates.
- Facilitate phone screening and in-person interviews, as requested by department managers, coordinating schedules between candidates and interviewers.
- Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates.
- Oversee collection of I-9 documents and review for accuracy and validity to ensure compliance with employment eligibility requirements.
- Create new employee files and give the HR Manager to file and maintain.
Onboarding
- Initiate background checks and onboarding process for new hires through the Onboarding system.
- Create TimeClock profiles and register fingerprints for biometric attendance tracking.
Volunteer Coordinator
- Manage all aspects of volunteer program: recruit, interview and place volunteers, coordinating with departments to fill specific needs.
- Maintain volunteer records.
- Plan annual volunteer recognition event.
Other
- Other duties as assigned to assist the Human Resource Department.

Education: Preferred college degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience: Three or more years’ experience in Human Resources or related field.
Basic Requirements: Must be able to pass background check
Compensation: $22-24/hour
