With the title of Human Resources Generalist, the employee's responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, the list below. As company goals evolve and resources change, the defined areas of responsibility may be changed or replaced.
Essential Job Functions and Primary Responsibilities:
- Employee Onboarding (arrival coordination, paperwork, uniform, assist with orientation)
- Employee Engagement (planning and executing events, socials and recognition)
- Assist to develop and maintain employee training programs
- Assist with basic employee relations
- Assist with all recruitment efforts (vetting candidates, conducting interviews, hiring process)
- Conduct exit interviews
- Create team building opportunities
- Maintain department records and reports
- Any other applicable assigned tasks.
Qualifications Required:

- Effective written and verbal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Valid US Drivers License and Vehicle
