Location: Virden, MB (with hybrid opportunities)

RFNOW Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a developing HR department where you’ll gain exposure to all aspects of HR and play a key role in shaping the employee experience.

What You’ll Do

• Support full-cycle recruitment by posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
• Deliver engaging onboarding and orientations for new employees
• Maintain accurate employee records and support HR systems, including benefits, payroll, and allowances
• Coordinate training and development opportunities, including external courses and leadership programs
• Assist with performance reviews and provide support to managers on employee relations and workplace conduct
• Plan and deliver employee engagement initiatives and company events
• Support psychological health and safety programs, wellness initiatives, and employee surveys
• Help keep policies and practices compliant with labour laws and the Canada Labour Code

What You Bring

• Completion of an accredited HR program or working toward CPHR designation is an asset
• 3-5 years of experience in an HR role
• Previous HR experience in telecom, construction, or a related field is helpful
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with integrity
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Knowledge of HR systems, payroll, benefits, and employment legislation is an asset
• Eligibility to work in Canada (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work permit) is required.
