We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support the daily operations of our HR department and play a key role in fostering a positive employee experience. This position provides exposure to a broad range of HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and policy administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and eager to grow within the HR field.

This role offers room for advancement into an HR Coordinator position as you build your experience and demonstrate your ability to take on greater responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to coordinate recruiting efforts, including posting positions, reviewing applications, and interviewing candidates.
  • Manage the full onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from application to orientation.
  • Maintain recruiting workflows in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with candidate sourcing through multiple platforms.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of accurate job descriptions and employee records.
  • Assist with administering employee benefits and responding to related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with management to review, update, and implement company policies and procedures.
  • Provide general HR support, including reporting, compliance tracking, and employee communications.
  • Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (relevant experience may substitute for degree).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat; experience with HRIS or ATS preferred.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow into a coordinator-level role.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to move efficiently within office spaces.
  • Consistently maintain a productive work pace.
  • Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
