Department: Administration/Human Resources
The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible providing administrative support to Voorhees Pediatric Facility, and occasionally supporting at a second location. This position is not a remote role and will be on-site five (5) days a week. The HRC provides support as the first point of contact in functional and administrative areas of the Human Resources department, supporting the HR Generalist and the Director of Human Resources in the following areas:
- Coordinating onboarding and orientation utilizing the ATS platform
- Managing Employee Records
- Data Entry, Verifications of Employment, Managing HR phone & email inquiries
- Assisting with Benefits Administration and Payroll as assigned
- Assisting with the compliance and adherence to the collective bargaining agreement for the facility
- Assisting with employee training and development via the LMS system
- Assist with HR projects as assigned
- Support NJ division HRC's if the need arises
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources field required. High School Diploma required, Undergraduate degree preferred
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within HR and employment law
- Self-starter with independent problem-solving skills
- Skilled and confident working independently or as a team depending on task
- Demonstrates excellent skills in attention to detail, organization, interpersonal relationships, communication and time management
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

This is a non-exempt (hourly), benefits eligible position with the work hours of Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.
