Human Resource Specialist

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a HR Specialist for our Clinton, TN office to support our team and ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for clinical (RNs, HHAs, CNAs) and administrative staff
• Ensure compliance with healthcare licensing, certifications, and background checks
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding
• Maintain employee files and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and labor laws
• Assist with benefits administration and employee relations
• Monitor and report on HR metrics (turnover rates, retention, etc.)
• Stay current with labor regulations and healthcare compliance standards
• Support performance management and training initiatives
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent; HR certification or coursework is a plus
• HR experience, preferably in home healthcare or a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• Familiarity with HRIS systems
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
