Vitality Healthcare Management is seeking a full-time HR Specialist – Recruitment, Orientation & Training supports Vitality Healthcare Management’s mission by ensuring the right people are hired, welcomed, and developed to deliver excellence in care and service. This position plays a key role in attracting and onboarding new team members and coordinating training initiatives that build engagement, compliance, and consistency across all Vitality communities.  The ideal candidate is a personable, organized, and proactive HR professional who is passionate about people, communication, and creating exceptional employee experiences.

Required Skills and Abilities:

·        Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable speaking to groups.

·        High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities.

·        Professional and approachable demeanor with the ability to build trust at all levels.

·        Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

·        Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Education and Experience:

·        Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field preferred.

·        2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment,  training, or onboarding coordination (healthcare experience preferred).

·        Experience conducting presentation or training sessions preferred.

·        Familiarity with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems.
