Who are you?

We are seeking a highly organized, dynamic, and versatile HR Generalist to join our team. This role offers the unique opportunity to be involved in all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to onboarding to employee relations and employee engagement to compliance to HR administration to learning and development. Our small-but-mighty team works collaboratively to ensure that the highest standards of service and support are provided to our residents, leaders, and employees.

Qualifications:

·         Experience: Minimum of 2 years in human resources. Healthcare or not-for-profit experience, preferred.

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferred.

·         License/Certification: PHR or SHRM-CP or interest in obtaining upon hire

·         Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, handle sensitive information with high levels of confidentiality, Proficiency in HRIS system and Microsoft products
