Deer Run Camps and Retreats
Deer Run is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, nondenominational Christian ministry. The operational budget is covered with user fees, so all donations go towards scholarships or capital improvements (new facilities and purchase of property). Donations are tax-deductible. Deer Run gives back by providing scholarships for campers and families in need of financial assistance — ensuring no one is ever turned away because of an inability to pay.
Deer Run provides day and overnight summer camp experiences for children ages 5 to 18 plus family camp experiences for all ages.
Throughout the year, Deer Run provides family events: married couples romance weekends, parent-child weekends (father-son and mother-daughter) and a family day.
And year-round, Deer Run provides customized day and overnight retreats with accommodations, meeting spaces, recreation, team building, 5-star meals and staff who personally serve our guests while on site.

POSITION DETAILS:
- Flexible schedule: Full Time 32+ hours, Part Time 10-25+ hours per week (weekdays and weekends); hours vary depending on guest reservations for day & overnight accommodations. During peak seasons part time employees can work 25+ hours.
- Day/Night shifts available.
- Position involves physical labor: Candidates must be physically able to do required tasks including (but not limited to): lifting over 25 pounds, carrying boxes and/or linens, squatting, climbing and hiking, walking up and down staircases, vacuuming and mopping 3000+ square feet, and able to work on their feet for 6 to 8 hours per day.
- Specific characteristics for the ideal team member: dependability, detail oriented, self-starter, able to problem-solve when needed, able to work in a fast-pace environment, works well with a team and works well on their own.
