Blue Flame manages five hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont, the Comfort Suites North, and the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites (a dual property location).

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, your general responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, maintaining compliance with company policies, practices, procedures, and safety standards, implementing and maintaining departmental cleaning quality standards and procedures, assigning rooms to be cleaned to room attendants by shift including finalizing daily paperwork by shift end, inspect all rooms and common areas each day to ensure quality standards are met, supervise the day-to-day operation of the department and work activities of assigned personnel, confer and cooperate with other property personnel to resolve operating problems and ensures coordination of property activities of assigned personnel, and assist with interviewing room/laundry attendants as directed. It is preferred that you have a high school diploma or GED, a college degree, 2–5 years experience in commercial cleaning, at least 1-year experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager, and have a working knowledge of purchasing, sanitation, and training others, among other things.
