Housekeeping Supervisor

Join our team at WoodSpring Suites Sulphur! We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel. If you take pride in creating welcoming spaces and enjoy leading a team, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure all guest rooms and public spaces meet brand standards
• Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service
• Inspect rooms and common areas, addressing deficiencies promptly
• Manage housekeeping supply inventory and place orders as needed
• Prepare daily room assignment sheets and coordinate work schedules
• Support team members with hands-on cleaning when needed
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Collaborate with management to maintain high guest satisfaction scores

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping/hospitality, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
