Location: Belleview Care Center

          1616 Weisenborn Rd, Saint Joseph, MO 645507

Hours/Shifts: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, Weekend Availability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
  • Train, schedule, and oversee housekeeping employees to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies.
  • Conduct routine inspections of rooms, common areas, and laundry services to maintain high cleanliness standards.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
  • Maintain housekeeping inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Address resident and staff concerns related to housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a well-maintained living environment for residents.
  • Enforce facility policies and procedures while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or healthcare management is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or senior living facility is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and infection control procedures.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and meet all health requirements.
