Housekeeper/Laundry Aide (Part-Time with Potential to Advance)

Bear Creek Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking an experienced Housekeeper/Laundry Aide to join our team! This part-time role offers the opportunity to advance into a full-time position. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our residents, we’d love to hear from you.

• Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and restrooms.

• Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry, including resident clothing, linens, and facility items.

• Operate cleaning and laundry equipment safely and in accordance with the instructions.

• Maintain a sanitary, organized, and welcoming environment that supports the comfort and well-being of our residents.

• Follow all safety and infection-control protocols.

• Collaborate with team members to meet facility standards and resident needs.

• Previous housekeeping and/or laundry experience required (healthcare facility experience strongly preferred).

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

• Dependable, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to transition into a full-time role as opportunities arise.

• Part-time to start, with potential to grow into a full-time position.

• Flexible scheduling may be available depending on facility needs.
